Welcome to my Professional Profile

I am John James Corpuz Jr.
Welcome to my Blog!
Studying a four (4) year degree course and been part of the VST-ECS Philippines Incorporated (formerly known as MSI-ECS Philippines Inc.) an IT multinational company where I undergo my internship for five (5) months was tough and challenging but my continuing faith in God, perseverance and determination to finish the course at the end I graduated Bachelors of Science in Information System at University of Rizal System at the age of twenty.

After I earned my degree at the said university I was hired as a Product Management Associate at Iontech Incorporated an Information Technology distribution company in the Philippines handling international IT enterprise products. As part of the team, I was assigned to the field of solutions.

After my service to Iontech Inc., I’d been part of the faculty of the College of Computer Studies at the University of Rizal System in the same year. Where I develop and discovered that I can do a teaching profession that did not come into my mind that will be part of my journey as a professional.
The subjects that I taught to my former students are the following:
- Information Technology Fundamentals
- Business Applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Hypertext Markup Language, and Adobe Dreamweaver used in web development)

When I finished my contract with URS Binangonan. I was hired as an IT Sales Professional in Ardent Networks Incorporated, where they operate in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. I managed the multinational IT enterprise products of the organization. These are Cisco, Honeywell, NEC POS, Delta UPS, Addasound and Commscope.
While I’d been part of the firm, I feel equipped and exposed to different technologies that many companies are using in different industries. As I grew up I met companies and partners that helped me to develop myself as a young professional and I told myself, “If I will go back again to the academe there will be more knowledge I can share with my students. In the real world that is also waiting for them when they earn their degree.”
A promise that I remembered to myself that after I graduated from college and being a college instructor on the year 2015, I told myself that I will enroll in the graduate school and pursue a master’s degree because I want to level-up my knowledge to be promoted from my current position in the company. Now, I am pursuing a Master in Management and started at the age of twenty-three at the same university where I finished my bachelor’s degree. It’s now my second year and enjoying the challenges but I know as time goes by these challenges I’m facing will aid me to be more competitive in the marketplace.
As I was enrolled in graduate school, I also found a new job opportunity near my home and school. In the year 2018, I was officially hired as an Information Technology Instructor at East Systems Colleges of Rizal located in Morong, Rizal and it’s now my second year being part of the institution.
I realized that being an educator is not just about what you learned and you do a lecture to students. It is a vocation and passion to nurture tomorrow’s noblest of the next generation. I always tell myself it’s not all about me now, its all about them whom I serve and teach. Because, as a teacher, it’s not about the achievement that I gained but it’s all about how you influence the younger generation to be part of the movement of doing their best and have their personal relationship to God as the author and writer of their perfect future.
Today, I’m still consistently improving myself and finishing the course that I started. And, I thank the Lord for the wisdom that he gave me, that even though I am young in my profession, I have a voice to stand because maturity is not based on age but on how you think and be a professional to the people that surrounds you. This is the message that I received and continuously held, “my character is better than my current position or title. When I speak, people listen and when I walk, people follow.” I am born to be a model to other people, owing to the fact that “when you know why you are born, you will know your destination”.
